• Not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Maintain adequate security measures for your own systems

4. Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITEBACKUP.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
